Yes! The wall of the Softub was designed for sitting. To get in, simply sit on the edge and swing your feet over and into the water. The flat bottom eliminates hidden obstacles and is cushioned for your comfort and safety.
All working components (thermostat, controls, pump, etc) are located in the HydroMate. The separate Softub HydroMate was specifically designed so that it could be serviced on site – or easily transported to your nearest dealer.

Yes! Installing your Softub does not require special construction, trained crews, or equipment. Typically, a Softub can be set up by one person in about 15 minutes.
Any moderately level surface which can support 125 lbs per square foot is fine for a Softub hot tub. Wood decking, tile, brick, or similar surfaces are acceptable. Select a convenient site which will not be affected by active bathers and water splashes.
Simply set the thermostat control to the temperature of your liking. The Softub HydroMate will automatically monitor water temperature thereafter to heat the water as needed. See the downloads section to download the Owner’s Manual with complete instructions.
We suggest you drain and refill your Softub hot tub every three months. This is easily accomplished with a standard garden hose.
