COVID-19 Delays

UPDATED May 13th, 2021 – Thank you to all of our customers for being patient with Softub Canada during these difficult times.

Our staff is working tirelessly to create the wonderful Softub product for you but with limited parts or materials available, our production is being delayed. With the COVID-19 Pandemic still in a rise, our manufacturing facility is experiencing delays on parts and raw materials. Updates from our supply chains are at a standstill due to the uncertainty of material shortage. Unfortunately, this leaves you our valued customer; waiting. We can’t apologize enough for this.

Due to Ontario’s current lock down, we cannot give accurate information on production times. With the support of Softub Canada, some of our staff are forced to stay home while others are taking extra precautions during these difficult times to stay safe.

The Hot Tub and Pool Industry will continue to experience delays. Getting a Softub within a couple weeks’ time is currently unattainable. All customers will expect a delay on receiving their Softub no matter what time of year they order. As stated before, the delays are at no fault of our own and simply out of our control.

We are doing our best to update you and your nearest dealer with any news we may receive from our suppliers. Keeping in touch with them on a day-to-day basis is our main priority. We are ever so grateful for your patience and cooperation during these difficult times. We can’t thank you enough for choosing Softub Canada for your Hot Tub needs, we promise the wait will be worth it!
