Softub Canada warrants the Softub Prestige hot tub units to be free of defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery to the original owner, for five (5) years. Any repairs required will be at the following costs to the customer:

Tub Shell and Hydromate®:

1^st Year No Charge

2^nd – 5^th Year $250.00 Deductible

All Vinyl:

1^st Year No Charge

2^nd Year $250.00 Deductible
