Please be advised that my wife and I are very big fans of your product. Having owned several much more expensive 'Hot Tubs' we find your tub meets our needs perfectly. We use it nearly every night for about 20 minutes or so and have no complaints whatsoever.
Aside being very cost effective to operate, its simplicity and portability are design characteristics that we have come to appreciate even more, the longer we own it.

"The Softub has given me back quality of life. I was at a time in my life when I did not know if I could continue at the rate I was going. Pain and fatigue 24/7 is unbearable. And, along came SOFTUB, MY MIRACLE CURE & I now have overcome my exhaustion.......... In the winter months we set it at 98 degrees for the warmth and it is just wonderful and most evenings we sit in it for about 2 hours. The temperatures noted were marked at about 7:00 a.m. each day and this 17-day cold snap is a record-setter for the Whitehorse, YK region. Our Softub stayed out in the open yard during this time and the HydroMate pump unit kept running on the thermostat, holding the water temp between 100°C and 104°C.
